目的探讨生肌橡皮膏治疗烧伤残余创面合并MR-SA感染的临床疗效。方法回顾性收集过去两年应用生肌橡皮膏治疗烧伤残余创面合并MR-SA感染的病历资料,进行归纳,分析创面愈合时间、止痛、止痒效果、感染控制情况及随访情况。结果 26例合并MR-SA感染烧伤残余创面均于生肌橡皮膏治疗后7～10 d感染得到有效控制,20 d内创面痊愈,且止痛止痒效果明显。结论生肌橡皮膏能有效控制创面多重耐药菌感染,加速烧伤残余创面的愈合。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of myogenic adhesive plaster in the treatment of residual burn wounds complicated with MR-SA infection. Methods Retrospectively collected the medical records of myogenic adhesive plaster in the treatment of residual burn wounds and MR-SA infection in the past two years, and summarized the wound healing time, pain relief, antipruritic effect, infection control and follow-up. Results The infection of burn wounds in 26 cases with MR-SA infection was effectively controlled from 7 to 10 days after treatment with myogenic adhesive plaster. The wounds were cured within 20 days and the analgesic and antipruritic effects were obvious. Conclusion Myogenic adhesive plaster can effectively control multiple wound infections and accelerate the healing of residual burn wounds.
