当前,民办本科院校法学教学多属于“灌输式”的教学模式,对学生法律职业技能和应用能力的培养没有足够重视。法学是一门实践性和应用性很强的学科,开展法学实践教学成了法学教育的必然选择。文章从民办院校法学教育现状谈起,明确了实践教学的重要性,并指出法学实践教学遇到的问题,提出了完善民办本科高校法学实践教学的建议,使法学专业的学生通过实践教学锻炼能力,满足社会对法律人才的素质需求。
At present, the law teaching of private undergraduate colleges belongs to the teaching mode of “inculcation”, which does not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students’ legal vocational skills and applied abilities.
