鸡屈指肌腱损伤动物模型经手术修复后用康宁克通局部注射,从形态学的角度观察康宁克通在损伤肌腱修复过程中对肌腱粘连的影响。实验材料经组织学处理和纤维连接蛋白免疫细胞化学反应,结果显示,在肌腱损伤的修复过程中,康宁克通可能起着抑制肌腱组织的炎性反应,使组织中纤维成分速度增加,但也使组织中出现粘液性变。修复后的肌腱组织应用康宁克通后,其间质和成纤维细胞中纤维连接蛋白的免疫细胞化学反应呈阴性显示。因此,康宁克通对肌健粘连可能起着抑制作用。
The model of tendon injury in chicken flexor tendon was repaired by local injection with Corning, and the effect of Kangningkentong on the tendon adhesion in injured tendon repair was observed morphologically. The experimental materials were histologically treated and fibronectin immunocytochemistry. The results showed that during the process of repair of tendon injury, Corning could inhibit the inflammatory reaction of tendon tissue and increase the fiber content in the tissue, but also Mucous changes appear in the tissue. The repaired tendon tissue showed a negative immunocytochemical reaction of fibronectin in interstitial and fibroblasts after application of Corning. Therefore, Corningcom may have an inhibitory effect on muscle-associated adhesions.
