ZL24(S)铝合金是铝锌镁系铸造合金(所内标准)。这种合金具有强度高,加工后表面光洁度高,铸件尺寸稳定性好等优点,适于制造光学精密机械零件。我们工厂用无公害精炼剂熔炼该种合金,三年多来已生产了上万个铸件,装配了几十台套仪器,取得了良好的效果。 一、概 况 我们使用六氯乙烷对该合金进行去气处理生产铸件长达十多年。但是由于有毒,刺激性气味太强,在压制成块的过程中熏得工人头疼恶心,在精炼过程中产生氯化氢和氯气等有害物质严重危害工人身体健康,同时严重腐蚀设备,这类问题无法解决,故采用了江苏省沙洲熔剂厂生产的火炬牌无公害精炼剂。在三年多的生产中生产了各种铸件:重量从几十克到400公斤;壁厚从3mm到80mm;大型平台尺寸达700×1100mm。铸件经机械加工后,很少出现渣孔,因为渣孔而报废的铸件逐年减少,铸件针孔度一般在1～2级,部分铸件机械加工后看不到针孔,这说明无公害精炼剂可以保证产品质量(见图1)。
