河北省馆陶县魏僧寨镇赵官寨村杨林俊从1984年3月任村电工以来,一直担任本村大街上那块6平方米的黑板报和村广播室的总编、记者、播音员兼宣传员。他把黑板报和广播室分别力、成了本村的“电力报”、“电力电台”。他开办了“电力新闻”、“家用电器”、“生活时话”、“三电专栏”、“读者呼声”、“典型曝光”、“电风电德”、“电费公开”等40多个栏目和专题节目。他办的“电力报”图文并茂,生动活泼,吸引了广大干部群众前来观看。他办的“电力电台”广播时,很多村民不在屋里看彩电,特意凑到喇叭近前,专门听他的宣传。
