对本钢新1号高炉(4350m~3)采用中心加焦技术生产实践进行了总结。通过采取减少入炉粉末,优化炉料结构,优化鼓风动能参数,控制合理的理论燃烧温度,调整装料制度、优化煤气流分布等技术措施,使高炉长期稳定顺行,各项技术经济指标逐步改善,利用系数达到2.350t/(m~3·d)以上。
