大学毕业后考虑到了到农村顶岗支教。一方面,农村的教育资源非常紧缺,迫切需要人才;另一方面,很多大学生想要通过实践来锻炼自己可是又缺乏发展的平台,从而导致了毕业后没法快速的适应社会。为了使这两个方面的需求“嫁接”起来,决然地选择了顶岗支教。然而从支教生涯中,深刻体会到了农村小学英语合作学习模式利与弊。
After graduation from college to take into account the rural post-teaching. On the one hand, there is a shortage of education resources in rural areas, which urgently require talents; on the other hand, many college students want to exercise their own but lack of development platform through practice, which can not quickly adapt to the society after graduation. In order to make these two aspects of the demand “grafting ” together, decided to choose to teach post. However, from the branch teaching career, I deeply realized the advantages and disadvantages of the mode of English cooperative learning in rural primary schools.
