结核菌素阳转率是评价卡介苗接种效果的重要指标,我们对济宁市市中区1992～1995年969名新生儿接种卡介苗后阳转率及卡痕的考核资料进行了统计分析.结果如下:969名新生儿结核菌素试验复验阳性901名,总阳性率为92.98%,阳转率随接种时间的延长而增高.接种后10,12,14,16,18周的阳转率分别为85.20%、9（?）.08%、94.40%、96.25%、96.52%.故认为结核菌素阳转率考核时间在接种卡介苗后12周即可,第16周时考核更为客观.
The positive rate of tuberculin was an important index to evaluate the effect of BCG vaccination. We conducted a statistical analysis on the positivity rate of 969 newborn BCG vaccination and the mark of kerf in 1992 to 1995 in Jhongning City. The results are as follows: The positive rate of 969 newborn tuberculin test retesting was 901, the total positive rate was 92.98% .The positive conversion rate increased with the prolongation of inoculation time.The positive conversion rates at 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 weeks after inoculation were 85.20%, 9 (?). 08%, 94.40%, 96.25%, 96.52% .Therefore, the test of tuberculin positive conversion rate should be 12 weeks after BCG vaccination, and the test should be more objective at the 16th week.
