银川市计划免疫保偿工作是 1988年全面开展并迅速走上正规的 ,十几年来取得了很大成绩 ,疫苗接种率始终保持在较高水平 ,相应传染病得到了有效控制。但是随着计划免疫工作的深入开展 ,现行的计划免疫保偿制已不能适应新形势的发展。该文就逐步扩大保偿疾病的范围 ;增加保偿金收费和赔偿标准 ;规范计划免疫相关疾病诊断、赔偿程序 ;提高计划免疫工作质量 ;加速流动儿童保偿工作等方面进行探讨
The planned immunization and compensation work in Yinchuan City was fully carried out in 1988 and quickly took its place. It has made great achievements in more than a decade and the vaccination rate has remained at a high level and the corresponding infectious diseases have been effectively controlled. However, with the deepening of planned immunization work, the current planned immunity system can no longer meet the needs of the new situation. This article will gradually expand the scope of the protection of the disease; increase the compensation fees and compensation standards; standardize the diagnosis of immune-related diseases diagnosis and compensation procedures; improve the quality of immunization programs; to speed up the flow of child compensation work
