【目的/意义】探讨大数据对政务网络信息生态链研究的影响。【方法/过程】通过梳理国内外研究现状,探讨理论维度下大数据对政务网络信息生态链的构成要素、信息流转和信息生态链结构的影响,以及实践维度下大数据对政务网络信息生态链的形成机理、运行机制和效能分析的影响。【结果/结论】从明确核心构成要素的变化、适应领域研究范式的调整、扩大政务信息采集的范围、提升大数据技术的使用率等角度,提出了应对策略。
[Purpose / Significance] To explore the impact of big data on the study of the government information network. 【Method / Process】 By combing the current research situation both at home and abroad, this paper explores the impact of big data on the constitutional elements, information flow and information ecological chain structure of government information network under the theoretical dimension, and analyzes the influence of big data on the government information network The formation mechanism, operation mechanism and effectiveness analysis. [Results / Conclusion] The countermeasures were put forward from the perspectives of clarifying the changes of the core components, adjusting the research paradigms in the field of adaptation, expanding the scope of government information collection, and improving the utilization rate of big data technologies.
