近几年来,有关各型原发性开角型青光眼疾病基因定位的研究取得一定进展。青少年型开角型青光眼疾病基因(GLCIA基因)定位于第1号染色体1q22-q25区域afm126yd8和AT3之间。成人型原发性开角型青光眼疾病候选基因有多个:(1)GLCIB基因,可能来自于不同染色体上的突变;(2)GL-CIC基因,位于第3号染色体3q21-q24区域D3S3637和D3S1744之间;(3)第6号染色体6p25区域D6S1600和D6S296之间,并有多种表型;(4)第2号染色体D2S2161及D2S176之间。婴幼儿型青光眼疾病候选基因有:(1)GLC3A基因,位于第2号染色体2p21区域D2S1325和D2S1356之间;(2)GLC3B基因,位于第1号染色体1p36区域D1S228和D1S507之间
In recent years, various types of primary open-angle glaucoma disease gene positioning research made some progress. The juvenile open-angle glaucoma disease gene (GLCIA gene) is located between afm126yd8 and AT3 on chromosome 1qq-q25 region. There are multiple candidate genes for adult primary open-angle glaucoma disease: (1) the GLCIB gene, which may be derived from mutations on different chromosomes; (2) the GL-CIC gene, located on chromosome D321, D3S1744; (3) Between chromosome 6p25 on chromosome 6 and D6S166 between D6S166 and has multiple phenotypes; (4) Between chromosome D2S2161 and D2S176. Candidate genes for infantile glaucoma disease are: (1) GLC3A gene located between D2S1325 and D2S1356 on chromosome 2p21 of chromosome 2; (2) GLC3B gene located between D1S228 and D1S507 on chromosome 1 p36 of chromosome 1
