本院于2003～2008年,应用奥扎格雷联合低分子肝素治疗合并老年期耳聋的急性脑梗死患者共79例,却意外使耳聋复聪18例(22.78%),现总结如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况18例患者均为本院2003～2008年收治的以急性脑梗死住院的患者。男12例,女6例,年龄60～82岁,平均69.5岁。经CT/MRI证实
