中国农业科学院生物技术研究中心人工修饰了Bt(一种苏云金芽孢杆菌基因的简称)、蛋白酶抑制剂基因,并将其分别与水稻强启动子融合,建构了含Bt基因、蛋白酶抑制剂基因的单子叶植物表达载体。该研究中心将Bt基因和蛋白酶抑制剂基因导入到水稻中获得了可育的转Bt基因、蛋白酶抑制剂基因的新型水稻植株。最近经国际水稻研究所测定,抗虫转蛋白酶抑制剂基因的水稻植株对二化螟表现一定的抗性;而转Bt基因水稻植株对三化螟有非常显著的抗
Bt (a short for Bacillus thuringiensis gene) and protease inhibitor gene were artificially modified by the Center for Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and fused with a strong promoter of rice to construct a list of Bt genes and protease inhibitor genes Leaf plant expression vector.
