近年来,我国在经济建设方面取得了巨大的成就,各行各业也都得到了较大的发展空间,人们的生活水平有了明显的提高。医疗事业的发展直接关系到人们的身体健康,更关系到社会主义和谐社会的建设。随着社会主义市场经济的逐步确立及不断发展,医疗卫生行业的竞争也日趋激烈,医院要想提高竞争力,必须在保证医疗服务质量的基础上提高管理水平,降低成本。本文将简单分析基于新医改的公立医院绩效管理现状,然后针对问题提出解决措施,希望能对有关人士有所帮助。
In recent years, our country has made tremendous achievements in economic construction. All walks of life have also enjoyed greater room for development and people’s living standards have been significantly improved. The development of medical affairs is directly related to people’s health and is more related to the building of a harmonious socialist society. With the gradual establishment and continuous development of the socialist market economy, the competition in the health care industry is becoming increasingly fierce. To improve the competitiveness of hospitals, hospitals must improve the management level and reduce the costs on the basis of ensuring the quality of medical services. This article will simply analyze the status quo of public hospital performance management based on the new medical reform, and then propose solutions to the problems, hoping to be helpful to the people concerned.
