为获得钢渣在线重构的工程化参数,在炼钢转炉上开展了钢渣重构安环试验、配方工业中试和重构工艺调整等工业试验研究。研究结果表明,转炉钢渣经组分调节材料在线重构后,性能得到了显著的提高。组分调节材料中白渣与煤渣的最优配比为70∶30,组分调节材料的掺量为10%~15%。熔态钢渣与组分调节材料采用分批倾入混合的方法可使重构反应更彻底,获得的重构钢渣均匀性良好,28d活性指数不低于85%,游离氧化钙含量低于2%,达到了一级钢渣粉的指标。
In order to obtain the engineering parameters of on-line reconfiguration, a series of industrial experiments were carried out on the steelmaking converter, such as the steel slag reorganization and ring test, the pilot reclamation of the formulation industry and the adjustment of the reconstruction process.
