随着社会的不断发展与进步,职工思想政治工作受到了人们的广泛关注,并且在开展具体工作的时候,提出了很多新的方法与手段。在一定程度上促进了职工思想工作的全面落实。本文主要对建筑施工企业新时期强化职工思想政治工作的实效性进行分析,逐渐提高职工的思想政治水平,有效调动职工工作的积极性,促进相关工作的全面展开,进而提高工作效率。
With the constant development and progress of society, the ideological and political work of workers and staff has received widespread attention and many new methods and means have been put forward when carrying out concrete work. To a certain extent, promoted the full implementation of the ideological work of staff and workers.
