本文提出了一种新型精密长行程驱动机构——“双足步行”装置,在基于微机的“双足”控制逻辑控制下,根据“以短攻长”的机理控制两根短的滚珠丝杠螺母付(“双足”)交替而平:稳地实现“接长”运动,从而实现在导轨长度范围内任何行程长度精密伺服驱动。这种装置和传统的丝杠或齿轮齿条相比无论在精度、速度、结构的简单性及成本都是具有很大的优越性。文中介绍了“双足步行”的工作原理、控制逻辑方案分析及设计、控制线路及软件,文章还给出了仿真试验结果。图11幅,表5个。
This paper presents a new type of precision long-stroke drive mechanism - “biped walking” device, based on microcomputer-based “two-legged” control logic control, according to the “short attack long” mechanism to control two short ball screws Nut pay (“biped”) alternates and levels: Stable realization of “pick-up” movement for precision servo drives of any stroke length over the rail length.
