档案行政执法是维护档案事业健康发展的重要手段,是巩固党和国家各项工作发展的基础,是保护人类活动真实历史和社会发展客观规律重要依据的举措。《档案法》自颁布实施以来,对于档案法规体系的完善,促进档案事业的发展起到了很大的推动作用。现就我厅在档案行政执法工作中的情况作以下分析。
