[目的]建立精恶唑禾草灵在土壤、植株和小麦中残留分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱,研究精恶唑禾草灵在土壤、植株和小麦中的残留。[结果]该方法的最小检出量为2×10-9g,最低检出浓度,对土壤为0.005 mg/kg,对植株为0.025 mg/kg,对小麦为0.010mg/kg。土壤中的平均添加回收率为83.0%~89.8%,相对标准偏差4.4%~8.8%;植株中的平均添加回收率为93.1%~108.3%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~14.8%;麦粒中的平均添加回收率为84.7%~96.6%,相对标准偏差为4.4%~8.5%。[结论]灵敏度、精密度和准确度都符合农药残留分析的要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of fenoxaprop in soil, plant and wheat. [Method] The residues of fenoxaprate in soil, plant and wheat were studied by high performance liquid chromatography. [Result] The minimum detectable quantity of this method was 2 × 10-9g, the lowest detectable concentration was 0.005 mg / kg for soil, 0.025 mg / kg for plant and 0.010 mg / kg for wheat. The average recoveries of soil were 83.0% ~ 89.8% with relative standard deviations of 4.4% ~ 8.8%. The average recoveries were 93.1% -108.3% and the relative standard deviations were 2.5% ~ 14.8% The average recovery was 84.7% ~ 96.6%, the relative standard deviation was 4.4% ~ 8.5%. [Conclusion] The sensitivity, precision and accuracy all met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
