采用压痕法研究了两种Zr基非晶依赖于压力屈服行为,非晶的压力敏感因子可以通过对剪切带之间的夹角(2θ)测量得到.纳米压痕P-h曲线也表现出相似的结果,随着压力敏感因子而改变,这个结果与有限元模拟压痕测量的结果非常一致.剪切带之间的夹角(2θ)和纳米压痕P-h曲线都显著的依赖压力敏感因子改变而变化,这说明非晶是一种依赖于压力屈服行为.压痕实验结果依赖压力敏感因子变化行为进一步说明可以采用压痕法测量非晶压力敏感因子.
The indentation method was used to study the dependence of the two Zr-based amorphous structures on the yield stress, and the amorphous pressure-sensitive factors can be obtained by measuring the included angle (2θ) between the shear bands. The nanoindentation Ph curve also shows similar , Which varies with the pressure sensitive factor, is in good agreement with the results of finite element simulation indentation measurements.The angle between the shear bands (2θ) and the nano-indentation Ph curve are significantly dependent on the change in pressure-sensitive factor Which indicates that amorphous is a kind of behavior that is dependent on the yield stress.The results of indentation relying on the changes of pressure sensitive factors further indicate that the pressure sensitive factor of amorphous pressure can be measured by indentation method.
