在建设社会主义新农村的进程中,迫切需要新的观念、新的技术和新的管理,而要实现这些目标,关键是需要一批新的人才特别是现代创业型人才。我省去年选拔了1192名大学生到基层担任“村官”,今年还选拔8000名大学生到农村任职,今后还将利用五年左右的时间,实现每村至少一名大学生干部的计划。这将有利于建立一支适应市场经济发展、农业产业化需要的高素质农村干部队伍。实践证明,大学生如果把个人的职业选择同社会的需求结合起来,不仅拓宽了就业渠道,同时也能够在农村这块希望的田野上开创新天地。大学生到农村基层工作,必将对新农村建设和大学生自身成长产生积极和深远的影响。
In the process of building a new socialist countryside, new concepts, new technologies and new management are urgently needed. To achieve these goals, the key is the need for a new batch of new talents, especially the modern pioneering talents. Last year, the province selected 1192 college students to serve as village officials at the grassroots level. This year, it also selected 8,000 college students to serve in the rural areas. In the future, it will also spend about five years to achieve at least one college student cadre plan per village. This will be conducive to establishing a contingent of high-quality rural cadres who meet the needs of market-oriented economic development and agricultural industrialization. Practice has proved that if college students combine their career choices with the needs of society, they not only broaden their employment channels but also create new worlds in this promising field of rural areas. Students to the grass-roots work in rural areas, will certainly have a positive and far-reaching impact on the construction of new countryside and college students themselves.
