校史见证了一所学校的发展历史,它对于保存高校文化和服务校际交流等具有重大的意义。校史资料库的编写是以档案资料为根本依据的,它是保证校史资料的客观性和基础性的前提。档案馆保留着丰富的校史资料,而高校图书馆又是一个良好的宣传服务平台。因此,在本文论述中,分析了高校图书馆与档案馆对于校史资料库建设的作用以及建设模式,希望以此来推动高校图书馆与档案馆共同促进校史资料库的建设和利用。
School history has witnessed the history of the development of a school, which is of great significance to the preservation of university culture and the inter-school exchange of services. The preparation of the school history database is based on the file information, which is the prerequisite to ensure the objectivity and basicity of the school history data. Archives retain a wealth of school history information, and university library is a good platform for publicity services. Therefore, this paper discusses the role of university libraries and archives in the construction of school history database and the construction mode, hoping to promote the construction and utilization of university library and archives together to promote the school history database.
