用多相多组元化学平衡的热力学理论模型对氯化焙烧过程进行了预测,找出影响镓的提取率的关键因素,利用通用旋转组合设计的方法得出了镓的提取率与温度、CaCl_2的加入量、C的加入量、焙烧时间及气氛的非线性模型。由非线性优化得到了最优的工艺条件及镓的最佳提取率。
The multi-phase and multi-component chemical equilibrium thermodynamic theory model was used to predict the chlorination roasting process. The key factors affecting the extraction rate of gallium were found out. The extraction rate and temperature of gallium The amount of C, the amount of C, the calcination time and the atmosphere nonlinear model. The optimum process conditions and the optimal extraction rate of gallium were obtained by nonlinear optimization.
