目的调查邯郸市食品中铝污染现状,为控制污染提供科学依据。方法样品经处理后,用铬天青S分光光度法测定铝含量。结果共检测68份样品,铝含量在<5.00～10522mg/kg之间。超过100mg/kg的样品占50%。结论油条、海蛰、粉条铝污染情况较为严重,有关部门应加强监督检测。
Objective To investigate the status of aluminum pollution in Handan food and provide a scientific basis for pollution control. Methods After the samples were treated, the aluminum content was determined by spectrophotometry with chrome azure S. Results A total of 68 samples were tested with aluminum content between <5.00 ~ 10522mg / kg. Samples over 100 mg / kg account for 50%. Conclusion The fried dough sticks, jellyfish, vermicelli aluminum pollution situation is more serious, the relevant departments should strengthen supervision and testing.
