目的了解广安市市售食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌污染状况,为本地区食品安全风险评估和预防食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法依据国家标准GB 4789—2010《食品卫生微生物检验》,对全市6个区市县9类食品进行单核细胞增生李斯特菌检测。结果从9类食品420份样品中共检出了33株单核细胞增生李斯特菌,检出率为7.9%,其中冻禽肉检出率最高,为28.3%。6个区市县均有单核细胞增生李斯特菌检出,检出率最高的是岳池县,为15.0%。结论广安市市售食品中存在单核细胞增生李斯特菌污染,冻禽肉是主要污染食品,应对相关食品加强监管,对市售食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌进行持续监测。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Listeria monocytogenes in the foods sold in Guang’an and to provide a scientific basis for food safety risk assessment and prevention of foodborne diseases in this area. Methods According to the national standard GB 4789-2010 “Microbiological examination of food hygiene”, Listeria monocytogenes was detected in 9 kinds of food in 6 districts, cities and counties in the city. Results Totally 33 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were detected from 420 samples of 9 kinds of food, the detection rate was 7.9%, of which, the detection rate of frozen poultry was the highest (28.3%). 6 districts and counties have Listeria monocytogenes detection, the highest detection rate Yuechi County, 15.0%. Conclusions There is Listeria monocytogenes contamination in the foodstuffs sold in Guang’an City. Frozen poultry meat is the main contaminated food, and the related food should be supervised to strengthen the monitoring of Listeria monocytogenes in the market.
