1北京市水资源利用现状在过去的半个世纪里,北京曾经出现过四次全市范围的严重缺水。北京水资源量严重不足。北京多年平均降水595毫米,年均可利用水资源41亿立方米。北京市人口已接近1500万,人均水资源量不足240立方米。仅为全国人均量的1/8,世界人均量的1/30,远低于联合国划定人均1000立方米的缺水下限,是水资源严重短缺的特大城市。
1 Beijing Water Resource Utilization Status In the past half century, there have been four serious water shortages in Beijing. Beijing has a serious shortage of water resources. The average annual rainfall of Beijing is 595 millimeters, with an average annual use of 4.1 billion cubic meters of water resources. The population of Beijing is close to 15 million with a water resource per capita of less than 240 cubic meters. It is only 1/8 of the national average and 1/30 of the world average. It is far below the water shortage limit of 1,000 cubic meters per capita set by the United Nations. It is a mega-city with a serious shortage of water resources.
