人力资源是最为宝贵的资源 ,人才战略是公司发展战略的重要组成部分。经济全球化对人才争夺愈演愈烈 ,实施公司经营战略呼唤人才 ,职业生涯设计、追求个人价值实现是人性的一种回归 ,是新时期人力资源开发的基石。人力资源开发是一项系统工程 ,应把实现人力资源开发的新突破作为机制创新的着眼点 ,建立量化的绩效考核评估体系 ,建立兑现人才价值的薪酬体系和激励机制 ,将合适的人放到合适的岗位上 ,构筑充满人性的优秀企业文化。
