2010年以来,富阳市公安局注重从源头抓起,寓管理于服务之中,深化警民恳谈内容,形成以“草根恳谈”为载体的新型社会管理模式,并先后组织开展“草根恳谈”500余场次,参加群众25000余人次,为动员组织群众依法有序参与社会管理,形成社会管理人人参与、和谐社会人人共享的良好局面起到了积极作用。
