目的总结性分析腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术的操作过程及配合方法。方法 30例小儿疝气患儿作为研究对象,均经腹腔镜下高位结扎术治疗,对手术治疗效果进行分析。结果 30例患儿均顺利完成手术,手术时间为8~25 min,平均时间为(12.2±4.3)min,术中出血量为1~8 ml,平均出血量为(3.2±1.1)ml,住院时间为2~4 d,平均住院时间为(2.3±1.1)d。无严重并发症发生,均恢复健康。结论腹腔镜下高位结扎术是治疗小儿疝气常用手段,给予全方位手术配合是确保手术成功的关键。
Objective To summarize the operation process and method of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia in children. Methods Thirty children with hernia were enrolled in this study. All of them were treated by laparoscopic high ligation and the effect of operation was analyzed. Results All the 30 cases were successfully performed. The operation time was 8-25 min, the average time was (12.2 ± 4.3) min, the intraoperative blood loss was 1-8 ml and the mean amount of bleeding was (3.2 ± 1.1) ml. The hospitalization The time ranged from 2 to 4 days, and the average hospital stay was (2.3 ± 1.1) days. No serious complications occurred, are back to health. Conclusion Laparoscopic ligation is a commonly used method to treat infantile hernia. To give a full range of surgical cooperation is the key to successful operation.
