目的探讨提高中晚期前列腺癌的治疗效果及根治性,经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethral resection of prostate,TURP)在中晚期前列腺癌中的应用。方法采用TURP及综合方法治疗中晚期前列腺癌患者43例。结果全部患者均一次成功,43例随访6~24个月,尿路梗阻症状明显改善或消失。结论TURP加综合治疗能明显提高中晚期前列腺癌患者生存质量。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of radical prostatectomy on advanced prostate cancer and the clinical application of transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Methods TURP and comprehensive treatment of 43 cases of advanced prostate cancer patients. Results All patients were successful at one time. 43 cases were followed up for 6-24 months. The symptoms of urinary tract obstruction improved or disappeared obviously. Conclusion TURP plus comprehensive treatment can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with advanced prostate cancer.
