五月十五日,五年期凭证式国债发售,境况一如4月份的两次售卖,盛况依然。 自1981年财政部正式发行国债以来,我国的债券市场已经走过了二十多年。特别是近几年来,债券市场发展迅速,债券市场规模不断增加,债券市场化程度显著提高,市场交易规则日趋完善,债券托管体系和交易系统等基础建设不断加快。
On May 15, the sale of five-year vouchers for treasury bonds took place in the same manner as the two sales in April. Since the formal issuance of treasury bonds by the Ministry of Finance in 1981, China’s bond market has gone through more than two decades. Especially in recent years, the bond market has developed rapidly, the size of the bond market has been continuously increasing, the degree of bond marketability has been significantly raised, the market trading rules have been gradually perfected, and the infrastructure such as the bond custody system and trading system has been accelerating.
