自从采用二通插装阀技术以来,人们已经将这一技术的原理应用于各种元件,实现了所有阀的功能。滑阀或座阀比例于输入电信号进行阀口开度的调整,是一种简单但又极其重要的阀的功能。所谓的比例节流既可以作为与负载有依赖关系的流量调节阀使用,又可以在二通或三通结构型式的流量调节阀中,作为可用电信号调节的检测节流器使用。本文从介绍两种市面上现有阀的结构和性能着手,阐述了阿亨工业大学液压与气动研究所研制的一种比例节流阀,这种阀是根据至今尚未应用的原理设计的。
Since the introduction of the two-way cartridge valve technology, the principles of this technology have been applied to various components and all valve functions have been achieved. Sliding valve or seat valve proportional to the input signal to adjust the valve opening, is a simple but extremely important valve function. The so-called proportional throttling can be used both as a load-dependent flow control valve and as a detectable electrical signal-regulating choke in a 2-way or 3-way flow control valve. This paper starts with the introduction of the structure and performance of two existing valves on the market, and expounds a proportional throttle valve developed by the Institute of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Research at Achensee Polytechnic University. The valve is designed based on the principle that has not been applied so far.
