随着当前我国社会经济的快速发展,公路工程行业也取得巨大的发展与进步。与此同时由于受到社会发展需求快速变化影响,公路工程项目管理的重要性也愈发突出,也越来越被人们所重视。本文简要阐述了公路工程项目管理的重要性,进一步就公路工程项目管理的安全管理、合同管理、质量控制、进度控制等内容展开了深入的研究工作,结合本次研究,最终就提出了一些加强公路工程项目管理的具体措施,希望能够为相关的公路工程项目管理提供一些参考。
