Donggang District, Rizhao municipal government is located, is the city’s political, economic and cultural center. The land area of 1623 square kilometers, the coastline of 80 kilometers, administer 18 townships, streets, 919 administrative villages (Habitat), a population of 900000. With 11,000 overseas Chinese and 11,000 overseas Chinese members, it is one of the four overseas Chinese townships in Shandong Province. It has many unique advantages and favorable conditions for economic and social development and is a pearl on the east bridgehead of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge. Donggang District is rich in water resources, with a total annual rainfall of 1.45 billion cubic meters and a daily water supply capacity of 300,000 cubic meters. It is one of the most abundant water resources in Shandong and North China. Harbor resources are good, there are many natural coastal ports along the coast, is an ideal place for urban construction and development of coastal industries. The area of shallow sea area of 200000 acres, available beach area 53000 mus, suitable for farming algae, shellfish
