本文报道大白鼠全身一次~(60)Coγ射线辐照15Gy后3d内血中一些生化物质的变化。其中α_2M含量、αM活力、MDA和Cp含量增高,SOD活力下降,组织蛋白酶D活力无明显变化。对此种变化的原因和意义作了讨论。
This article reports the changes of some biochemical substances in the blood of rats after a ~ (60) Co γ -ray irradiation for 15 Gy in rats. Among them, α 2 M content, α M activity, MDA and Cp contents increased, SOD activity decreased and cathepsin D activity had no significant change. The reasons and significance of this change are discussed.
