研究了通气水培条件下的棉花根系在不同浓度 MET 中的生长发育、无机离子吸收和吸收动力学特性。结果表明,MET 抑制棉花根系的伸展,对侧根发生和侧根数目的影响不明显。MET 能增加棉根对 NO_3~-、H_2PO_4~-阴离子吸收率,抑制棉根对 K~+、NH_4~+阳离子吸收率,但在0.1~1ppm 时,对吸收 NH_4~+有一定促进效应。MET 处理的棉花根系在不同浓度 K~+和 NH_4~+溶液中的吸收速率符合 Michaelis-Menten 酶动力学模式。0.1~1ppm MET 处理后,k~+和 NH_4~+的吸收 Km 值增大,Vmax 减少,表明 K~+和 NH_4~+吸收率下降是可靠的。
The growth and development, the absorption and absorption kinetics of inorganic ions in cotton roots under different aeration culture conditions were studied. The results showed that, MET inhibited the cotton root extension, and had no obvious effect on the number of lateral roots and lateral roots. MET can increase the uptake of NO_3 ~ - and H_2PO_4 ~ - anions, and inhibit the uptake of K ~ + and NH_4 ~ + by cotton roots. However, the uptake of NH_4 ~ + by cotton bolls at 0.1 ~ 1ppm can promote the uptake of NH_4 ~ +. The uptake rate of cotton roots treated with MET under different concentrations of K ~ + and NH_4 ~ + was in accordance with Michaelis-Menten enzyme kinetics. After 0.1 ~ 1ppm MET treatment, the Km values of K ~ + and NH_4 ~ + increased and the Vmax decreased, which indicated that the decrease of K ~ + and NH_4 ~ + absorption was reliable.
