试验将360尾体质量40g左右的鲤鱼,随机分为9组,采用U8(82)拟水平2次均匀试验设计研究了溢多酶(898-A)和溢康素-Ⅱ对鲤鱼生长性能的最适添加水平。结果表明,溢多酶(898-A)和溢康素-Ⅱ均能明显提高鲤鱼的存活率(P<0.05);单独添加使用,溢多酶(898-A)在0.116%~0.131%水平范围内,溢康素-Ⅱ在0.141%~0.183%水平范围内,可提高鲤鱼生长性能,使鲤鱼生长性能达到最佳;按照溢康素-Ⅱ0.074%~0.089%,溢多酶(898-A)0.055%~0.063%添加水平范围内结合使用,可提高鲤鱼生长性能,使鲤鱼生长性能达到最佳的水平。
