绿色“一带一路”与开发性金融的理念和实践相辅相成。中国政府相关部门、金融机构和企业等积极参与绿色“一带一路”建设,而“一带一路”沿线国家因生态环境脆弱、重点行业开发环境影响明显、环境社会管理制度需健全和环境社会问题交织等原因,需要绿色保障。开发性金融支持绿色“一带一路”建设,应秉持长期立体式开发理念,探索沿线国家环境社会标准对接,协助沿线国家完善制度建设,协调多元主体合作参与绿色“一带一路”建设。
Green “Belt and Road” complements the philosophy and practice of development finance. The relevant government departments, financial institutions and enterprises of the Chinese government have actively participated in the green “Belt and Road” construction and the countries along the “Belt and a Road” have been affected by the fragile ecological environment and the obvious impact on the development of key industries. The environment and social management system needs soundness and environment Social issues such as intertwined, need green protection. Development finance should support the green “Belt and Road” construction. We should uphold the long-term concept of three-dimensional development, explore the docking of national environmental and social standards along the routes, assist the countries along the routes to improve the system construction, and coordinate the multiple subjects to participate in the green “Belt and Road” building.
