Streptomyces is the metabolite of Streptomyces platensis, and its unique chemical structure and good antibacterial activity attract people’s attention. The development of flat sheets and other congeners has improved the in vivo pharmacokinetic instability of the tablet. This article reviews the antibacterial principles and activities of the tablet, the development of congeners and genetic modification.
