最近10~15年内,纪尼叶照相技术有了飞跃的发展。就解决X射线粉末图谱指标化和结构解析的工作来看,纪尼叶型聚焦相机总是比较成功的。X射线衍射仪,只要分辨率和背景值都能调到最佳状态,也是满足要求的。而以往实验室常用的德拜照相技术,由于精度差则排除在外的。目前,我国已生产了两种规格的纪尼叶型相机(又称X射线单色四重聚焦相机)。其设计原理及结构,都与荷兰Guinier-Dewolff相机相似。实践表明,如果调试得当,其分析效果可达到与从国外引进的同类仪器相同的水平。但纪尼叶型相机,无论国内或国外生产的,如何调到其最佳状态却非容易,已成为推广应
In the recent 10 ~ 15 years, Ji Ye leaf photography technology has leap development. In order to solve the problem of the indexization and structure analysis of X-ray powder spectrum, Ji Ye leaf-type focusing camera is always more successful. X-ray diffractometer, as long as the resolution and background values can be adjusted to the best condition, but also to meet the requirements. Debye photographic techniques commonly used in the past laboratories, due to poor accuracy are excluded.
