目的:评价复方牛黄注射液对小鼠单核吞噬细胞免疫功能、小鼠皮肤迟发型过敏反应的影响及其镇静的作用。方法:采用碳粒廓清法尾静脉注射墨汁计算吞噬指数;二硝基氯苯(DSCB)涂抹小鼠皮肤使其致敏观察复方牛黄注射液对小鼠皮肤迟发过敏反应的影响;小鼠自主活动测定仪观察记录小鼠活动次数以探讨复方牛黄注射液的镇静作用。结果:复方牛黄注射液各剂量均能增强小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,抑制皮肤迟发型过敏反应,对小鼠自发活动有一定程度的抑制作用。结论:复方牛黄注射液具有提高免疫功能、抑制小鼠皮肤迟发型过敏反应、镇静的药理作用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of compound Niuhuang injection on immune function of mouse mononuclear phagocytes and delayed type hypersensitivity in mice skin and its sedation. Methods: The phagocytic index was calculated by injecting ink through the tail vein of carbon clearance method. The skin of mice was sensitized with daunorubicin (DSCB) to observe the effect of compound Begonia injection on delayed skin allergic reaction in mice. Activity monitor observed the number of mice recorded activity to explore the compound calyx injection sedative effect. Results: Each dose of compound Niuhuang injection can enhance the phagocytic function of phagocytes, inhibit the delayed type hypersensitivity reaction in the skin and inhibit the spontaneous activity of mice to a certain extent. CONCLUSION: Compound Niuhuang Injection can improve immune function, inhibit delayed-type hypersensitive reaction and sedative pharmacological effects in mouse skin.
