阿西美辛是一种非甾体消炎镇痛药，为吲哚美辛的前体药。我们对此药的消炎镇痛作用进行了５７例第３期临床观察。此药疗效客观评价总有效率为６７．４４％。其副作用较消炎痛轻，尤其是胃肠道副作用轻。本组没有单纯因胃肠道副作用停药的病例，此点与其它非甾体消炎镇痛剂有差别。
Asi mesin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic for the prodrug of indomethacin. We have anti-inflammatory analgesic effect of this drug in 57 cases of the third phase of clinical observation. The objective evaluation of the efficacy of the total effective rate of 67.44%. Side effects than indomethacin light, especially gastrointestinal side effects of light. This group did not simply stop the case of gastrointestinal side effects, this point and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic agents are different.
