目的探讨核因子-κB(NF-κB)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在胰腺癌侵袭转移中的表达。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测60例胰腺癌、26例正常胰腺组织中NF-κB和MMP-9的表达情况。结果 NF-κB和MMP-9在胰腺癌组织中表达阳性率分别为71.7%和63.3%,明显高于癌旁正常胰腺组织(P<0.01);NF-κB和MMP-9的表达与胰腺癌浸润转移均呈正相关(P<0.05);胰腺癌组织中NF-κB和MMP-9的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 NF-κB可能通过上调MMP-9的表达来促进胰腺癌的浸润、转移。检测两者表达有助于胰腺癌浸润转移的判断。
Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) in the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer. Methods The expressions of NF-κB and MMP-9 in 60 cases of pancreatic cancer and 26 cases of normal pancreas were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of NF-κB and MMP-9 in pancreatic cancer tissues were 71.7% and 63.3%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal pancreatic tissues (P <0.01). The expressions of NF-κB and MMP- (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of NF-κB and MMP-9 in pancreatic carcinoma (P <0.05). Conclusion NF-κB may promote the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer by up-regulating the expression of MMP-9. Detection of both expressions contribute to the judgment of invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer.
