今年是落实党的十六大精神,全面建设小康社会的第一年,省委、省政府对新时期经济和社会发展作出了重要部署,省水利厅党组根据国民经济和社会发展的全局对水利工作的要求,即时调整工作思路,提出了要抢抓机遇发展,为全面建设小康社会提供水利支撑和保障。为深入理解贯彻厅党组工作部署,进一步统一思想,本刊编辑部就如何理解新时期我省治水工作思路,采访了徐俊仁副厅长。徐俊仁副厅长运用创新的视角、辩证的思维、科学的归纳对全省水利工作进行了回顾和展望。
This year marks the first year of implementing the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
