目的:探讨科学管理药房对中成药合理用药情况的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2016年12月药房接收的中成药处方200张作为观察组,另以2015年1月-2015年12月随机选取的中成药处方200张作为对照组,对比两组不合理用药率,分析引起不良事件的原因。结果:对照组不合理用药事件率为13.50%,观察组不合理用药事件率为2.50%,(P<0.05);32张不合理用药处方中,配伍不合理为84.38%,辨病不辩证与未根据说明书要求用药各43.75%,用药成分重复问题为25.00%。结论:通过科学管理药房,可有效降低不合理用药事件发生率,且有利于改善人为不合理用药事件。
Objective: To explore the impact of scientific management of pharmacy on the rational use of Chinese medicine. Methods: From January 2016 to December 2016, 200 prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines received in pharmacies were selected as the observation group. 200 prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines randomly selected from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the control group. Irrational rate of drug use, analysis of the causes of adverse events. Results: The rate of irrational drug use in the control group was 13.50%, and the rate of irrational drug use in the observation group was 2.50% (P <0.05). Among the 32 unreasonable drug prescriptions, the irrational drug compatibility was 84.38% 43.75% were not prescribed in accordance with the instructions, 25.00% were repeated problems with the drug ingredients. Conclusion: Through scientific management of pharmacies, it can effectively reduce the incidence of irrational drug use events and help to improve the irrational use of drugs.
