目的建立一种利用氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定人体头发中砷的方法。方法人体头发用硝酸、高氯酸等混合酸消解后,加入硫脲、抗坏血酸混合液及硼氢化钾,用氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定。结果回收率在95.5%~104.0%,相对标准偏差均小于4.0%,检出限为0.1μg/L。结论该方法灵敏度高,准确度好,适用于人发中砷的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of arsenic in human hair by hydride generation - atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods After human hair was digested with mixed acid such as nitric acid and perchloric acid, thiourea, ascorbic acid mixture and potassium borohydride were added and determined by hydride generation - atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The recoveries ranged from 95.5% to 104.0% with relative standard deviations less than 4.0% and a detection limit of 0.1 μg / L. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of arsenic in human hair.
