为了解夏季坦克内环境的污染状况及采取改善措施的效果,于1997年夏季对某部坦克内空气及内表面污染情况进行了检测。调查发现,坦克开动30min后空气污染细菌总数达6287.28±314.44cfu/m3,CO2达0.18%;经开盖通风换气5min,细菌减少率为78.8%(P<0.01),达到军内规定的夏季室内空气细菌总数<1500cfu/m3及CO20.1%的标准。坦克内表面严重污染细菌数为839.6cfu/cm2,经3%石炭酸或0.05%冼必泰消毒30min后,细菌减少率分别为91.6%和97.0%(P<0.01)。
In order to understand the pollution situation in the summer tank environment and the effect of improvement measures, air and internal surface contamination in a tank was tested in the summer of 1997. The survey found that the total number of airborne bacteria reached 6287.28 ± 314.44cfu / m3 and CO2 reached 0.18% after 30 minutes of tank start-up. The bacteria reduction rate was 78.8% (P <0. 01) to meet the military requirements of summer indoor air total bacteria <1500cfu / m3 and CO20.1% standard. The number of bacteria on the inner surface of the tank was 839.6 cfu / cm2. After 3 minutes disinfection with 3% carbolic acid or 0.05% chlorhexidine, the bacterial reduction rates were 91.6% and 97.0%, respectively (P <0.01).
