本文采用不同浓度的厌氧棒状杆菌菌苗对体外培养的Detroit 6和SPC-A-1人体肺癌细胞进行了直接作用的研究。观察菌苗作用后肿瘤细胞的一般形态、生长曲线、细胞内SDHase反应和SEM下细胞表面结构的改变。CP菌苗对体外培养的两种肿瘤细胞的增殖均有一定的抑制作用,其中以0.4mg/ml剂量组最明显。其增殖抑制程度似与CP菌苗剂量和培养时间成正相关系。此外。肿瘤细胞的SDHase反应有所减弱;SEM下肿瘤细胞表面结构发生一定的变化。提示CP菌苗在体外对某些肿瘤细胞有一定的抑制和损伤作用。本文还对上述变化的意义进行了讨论。
In this paper, different concentrations of Corynebacterium anaerobic bacterin in vitro cultured Detroit 6 and SPC-A-1 human lung cancer cells were studied directly. The general morphology of tumor cells, growth curve, intracellular SDHase reaction and the changes of cell surface structure under SEM were observed. CP vaccine on the proliferation of two kinds of tumor cells in vitro have a certain degree of inhibition, of which 0.4mg / ml dose group the most obvious. The extent of its inhibition of proliferation seems to CP vaccine dose and culture time into a positive correlation. In addition. The SDHase response of tumor cells weakened; the surface structure of tumor cells under SEM showed some changes. Tip CP vaccine in vitro for some tumor cells have a certain degree of inhibition and injury. This article also discussed the significance of the above changes.
