电企业是国民经济的支柱产业之一,承担着电力生产和营销的重任,属于资金密集型企业,具有资产规模大,资金流量大的特点,最近几年全国的用电量激增,市场不断扩大,另一方面国家积极推进资源节约型社会的建设,电煤的价格又不断的上涨,因此财务管理是发电企业管理的重中之重。科学地设置企业财务管理目标,优化企业的理财行为,能实现发电企业财务管理的良性循环。只有加强管控才能有效提高效益,降低公司的财务风险,本文分析了现在发电企业在财务管理方面存在的问题,并提出了有效解决发电企业财务管理问题的措施,希望对提高发电企业财务管理水平有所帮助。
