近年来,国家发展速度较快,各类工程的发展速度较快,尤其是水电工程,受到广泛重视。水电工程建设单位应该对造价管理工作加以重视,保证能够更好的对造价进行控制,进而降低成本支出。但是,目前部分水电安装工程经常出现影响工程造价控制的问题,不能根据造价控制工作对水电安装工程进行合理的分析,导致出现较为严重的造价管理问题。本文根据对水电安装工程造价控制问题的分析,提出几点建议及解决措施,以供相关管理人员参考。
In recent years, the country has developed rapidly and all kinds of projects have enjoyed rapid development. Hydropower projects in particular have received extensive attention. Hydropower project construction unit should pay attention to the cost management, to ensure better control over the cost, thereby reducing costs. However, at present, some hydropower installation projects often have problems that affect the control of construction costs. They can not conduct a reasonable analysis of hydropower installation projects based on cost control work, resulting in serious cost management problems. Based on the analysis of the cost control of the hydropower installation project, this paper puts forward some suggestions and solutions to the relevant management personnel for reference.
